Program
The Wills College Automotive Service Advisor program is a comprehensive program that will allow students to graduate as a qualified Automotive Service Advisor. Graduates will have gained the necessary workplace skills to be able to work in a wide variety of dealerships across Ontario.
Upon completing the program the student will be able to:
- Upon Graduation for one year 100+ Online Professional Development Courses
- Understand industry terminology
- Be proficient in industry specific software
- Provide excellent customer service skills
- Learn how to complete industry specific forms and reports
- Diagnose minor automotive problems
- Estimate and price work orders
Strong focus is given to customer service, automotive parts and inventory, the Microsoft Office applications that are used in today’s offices, and industry specific software. The Automotive Service Advisor program will qualify graduates to pursue positions such as Automotive Service Advisor, Parts Clerk or Customer Service Desk Associate.
